Little Turtle
Late 20th century homes, contemporary luxury condos and diverse architecture
Realtor Jeff Mahler of Keller Williams Capital Partners says Little Turtle’s trail access, golf course and “unique architecture with a mix of properties” is appealing for people who move to the area, as is its close proximity to “freeways and Westerville amenities.” The contemporary single-family homes in the Little Turtle area date back to the late 20th century. Select homes also take influence from Tudor and colonial architecture. Buyers can also find luxury condominiums and apartments built in the 2020s and condo units from the 1970s, often with remodels. Apartment complexes occupy most of the north side, while single-family homes make up the southern half of the neighborhood. Prices range from the $200,000s and $300,000s for older condos to the high $700,000s for luxury condos, with most single-family homes selling around the $427,500 mark.New schools and established institurtions nearby in Westerville
