Apartments make up half of the area’s dwellings, splitting single-family homes and condos evenly between the rest. Condos typically sell between the mid-$100,000s and mid-$600,000s, depending on size and amenities. Most single-family homes were constructed in the 1980s and ‘90s, and have quarter-acre lots or larger. Little Turtle is accessible from state Route 161. This highway connects the neighborhood to Interstate 270/670, which is a 15-mile drive to downtown Columbus. Locals who work in New Albany's tech corridor can expect a 5-mile commute. “It’s about as easy access to the highway as you can get for a suburban golf community,” says Craig Buehler, a Realtor with the Powell Buehler Group.
