If I could give 10 stars I would! To sum it up, Candace is an awesome realtor! We were moving to another state, and needed to sell our house quickly. She made sure the house was in good condition and priced comparable to the market. A couple of days after the listing, we had multiple offers OVER the asking price to choose from. I can not thank her enough for the part she played in helping us transition. She is very friendly, knowledgeable, and responsive (no matter how many texts we sent her!). Candace was referred to us by our realtor, who is a close friend, here in Toledo. From the start of our relationship, she was always professional and punctual with our phone calls and meetings. She was willing to work with my husband and I being 2.5 hrs away from Columbus. Because of Candace and my lender, I went through what should have been one of the most difficult processes so easily! She moves quickly and if I wanted to see a house she had it booked ASAP! If you are looking for a realtor who not only knows the market and always has your back in these crazy days, but also someone who is genuine, a good person, always available and responsive and will work their tail off for you, then Candace is the one!
