What home styles and prices look like across Olde Sawmill

Most homes were built between the 1960s and 1990s. Architectural styles vary, but many feature Tudor-inspired details or classic Colonial influences. “The houses are a little bit bigger than places like Misty Meadows,” says Jamie Maze, a Realtor and team leader of Maze & Company. “There are some three-bedrooms, a lot of fours. Most of them have two-car garages.” Single-family homes in Olde Sawmill usually sell from the high $300,000s to the high $500,000s, with median prices in the mid-$400,000s. That makes the neighborhood pricier than nearby Sawmill Forest, Western Hills and Foxboro, but less expensive than Dublin. “It’s a nice way to be in the Dublin school district and not pay as much,” says Maze. Condos and duplexes are also common and typically sell from the high $100,000s to the low $300,000s. Most come with HOA fees around $300 a month, which often cover lawn care, trash, and snow removal.
