Trouville is entirely condos and apartments. New Traditional homes with a mix of vinyl siding and brick are common, though people can also find plenty of brick ranch-style condos in the Monarch Manor development. Many homes have single-car garages. “There are mainly two-bedroom condos with the ranch styles selling for $250,000,” Bravard says. “Just six years ago, those same homes were selling for $140,000, so they’ve increased drastically very quickly.” Properties also have homeowners association fees, which are usually between $250 and $300 per month.Watch the birds at Blendon Woods Metro Park
