Golf course community with modern homes

Centered around the Buffalo Run Golf Course in Commerce City, the Buffalo Run neighborhood offers residents a blend of suburban living and recreational amenities. Located approximately 15 miles northeast of downtown Denver, the area provides a peaceful atmosphere with easy access to both urban conveniences and outdoor destinations in the Rocky Mountains. “It’s a unique little community, thanks to the location and how new it is,” says Lawrence Childress, Broker Associate with eXp Realty and neighborhood resident. “You can’t get much more convenient without being in Denver itself, and the place is continuing to grow every year – there are several big, designated development areas that promise to bring even more.”

Styles are a mix of traditional and modern, with many modern ranch styles and new traditional two-story homes. “It’s a classic suburb in a lot of ways,” says Childress. “But it has a really ‘new’ feel to it, and most of the houses have a nice modern style to them.” Many homes back onto the golf course, providing views and direct access for the neighborhood’s golf enthusiasts.
