Most single-family homes in Concord feature brick or vinyl exteriors and were built between the 1950s and 1980s. Residential streets are densely populated with a mix of ranch-style, split-level and colonial revival homes and feature an average sales price of around $350,000. Below I-255, homes tend to sit on larger lots with up to an acre of land. “There are a few pockets of custom-built and higher-end homes,” Barger says.
