With a mix of single-family homes, green spaces and commercial hubs, Concord offers residents a suburban enclave with proximity to the city of St. Louis. “This is just a great, strong community,” says Kelly Barger, a Realtor with Coldwell Banker who has been selling homes in the area for over 10 years. “You’re close to retail, restaurants and there’s good accessibility to highways as far as getting downtown or out of town.” Centrally located along I-55 in South St. Louis County, this unincorporated community is just 16 miles from Downtown St. Louis.
