Concord Township offers space, seclusion and simplicity

Claim a bit of tranquility with a home in Concord Township. This is a thoroughly rural swath of Butler County, where it’s not uncommon to find a property that stretches dozens upon dozens of acres, amidst a broad and heavily wooded landscape.

There aren’t a ton of homes across Concord Township, but the houses that hit the market here can sell relatively quickly — in the matter of a couple of weeks, says local Realtor Nick Supik of Century 21 Frontier Realty. “Of the seven homes that sold in the last six months, six sold in less than 50 days and one was on the market for a year,” says Supik, who has been selling for almost 17 years. Many of the options here are rambler-style. There are also quite a few mobile homes here. The lots in Concord Township are vast in some cases; the median size is close to 2 acres and some properties here stretch well over 100 acres. Some of the land here is used for farming. Properties in Concord Township dot winding country roads and homes typically sell for prices in the $100,000s.
