Dominating the community’s west side, Westfield Culver City is a large mall, anchored by department stores like Target and Nordstrom Rack. It offers over 100 stores, an indoor kids' play area and about 40 dining options. “They have a really good food court,” Miller says. It’s the entry point to Culver City,” Miller says. Condos range from $550,000 to $900,000, some with community pools, gyms and 24-hour security. In the heart of the neighborhood, Fox Hills Park is a 10-acre recreation hub, with athletic courts for tennis, pickleball and basketball. It also has covered play areas and walking paths lined with exercise equipment. The Fox Hills Parkette, in the neighborhood’s northeast corner, offers walking paths and benches shaded by trees. Via interstates 405 and 10, the neighborhood is about 15 miles away from downtown Los Angeles. For more travel, the Los Angeles International Airport is about 5 miles south of Fox Hills.
