Lindberg Park, the heart of the community, rests on over 4 acres of space and is a big perk for residents. “One of the main draws is there’s a park in the middle,” says Realtor Todd Miller, who works with KW Advisors and has over two decades of experience in the region. The houses in Studio Village farthest from the recreation area are only about half a mile away. The park offers a basketball court, ballfields and a picnic pavilion often used for birthday parties. “It's very popular during soccer season for young kids. Along the western edge of the neighborhood, the 7-mile Ballona Creek Bike Path leads to Toes Beach.
