A walkable neighborhood with well-rated schools in Culver City
Sunkist Park is a neighborhood in Culver City, home of Sony Pictures Studios on the iconic MGM lot, where classics like “King Kong” and “The Wizard of Oz” were produced. Known for its small-town feel on the south side of the city, Sunkist Park’s main draw is walkability — with homes centered around an elementary school and a community park. “People come here for the schools and the proximity to the shops and restaurants nearby. It's a great location,” says Realtor Todd Miller, who works with KW Advisors and has over two decades of experience in the area. Plus, it has appealing sales prices. “If you want to be in Culver City proper, it's the neighborhood where your money goes the furthest," says Cavanaugh Realtors associate broker Julio Leyva, who has over 30 years of expertise in the area.
