About 23 miles south of Miami, Cutler Bay may still be part of Miami-Dade County, but it feels like its own world. “It doesn’t feel like it’s in Miami,” says real estate agent Diego Ramos with Modern World Realty. “There’s a big boating culture here, and families drive around in golf carts when going to other people's homes.” Cutler Bay is close to Black Point Park and Marina, where locals can head out on the water or dine in at the restaurant there.
