The neighborhood beckons to those who like everything at their fingertips, although weekends can get busy as visitors come from all over Dallas to shop, eat and explore the area. “Bishop Arts is the place to be right now. It’s a foodie’s paradise,” says Josefina Contreras, a Realtor with Value Properties, who’s been selling homes in the area for 17 years. “There’s so much to do there, whether it’s browsing the boutiques or listening to live jazz or salsa music at one of the local bars. It’s got a chill vibe, but it’s fun. It’s zoned commercial and residential, so if you live there everything is within walking distance.”
