Residents can also take a short drive to the nearby Weston Town Center for an Artisan Market, craft shows, live music, karate demonstrations, wine tasting and fun-filled holiday events such as Spooky Halloween, Easter Family Fun Day and the annual Christmas Tree Lighting. The center also includes a Publix, restaurants and boutique-style retail.
I-75 is a crucial amenity
Interstate 75 running along the west end certainly provides a pulse to the community. But there’s also Griffin Road running along the south, which is lined with commercial amenities like Walmart, especially near Flamingo Road, the other north-south corridor along with I-75. With all the park space and cul-de-sacs, Oak Hill Village is certainly walkable, and residents often see bicyclists come through, due to the numerous bike paths.
