Convenience and beach life in Neighborhood O
In Neighborhood O, people live the Daytona Beach lifestyle, surrounded by endless activity at Daytona International Speedway and the oceanfront 5 miles away. “There’s always something going on in Daytona Beach, from races to concerts and spring break beach parties,” says Realtor Dean Infantolino of Surf N Turf Realty. Folks live in small suburban communities lined with swaying palms and Spanish moss where homes range from $200,000 to $475,000 or in Carriage Cove, a large community of manufactured homes ranging from $20,000 to $155,000. No matter the location, restaurants and stores are a short walk or drive away, and there are several nearby parks where people can play in the Florida Sun. With the community being between two major party destinations, school might not be the first thing that comes to mind, but students here can attend highly rated Volusia County Schools. Neighborhood O gives people the Daytona Beach lifestyle, putting them at the center of all the activity while still having good schools and the convenience of all their necessities less than a mile away.

Floridian ranches and manufactured homes in Neighborhood K
Neighborhood O has all the classic touches of a Florida community. Palms and oaks covered in Spanish moss shade suburban streets and lawns from the beaming sunlight and surround Spanish-inspired ranch-style and Spanish Revival homes with a bit of lush greenery. The colorful, beachy manufactured homes of Carriage Cove don’t have as much green space, but they do have a community pool, clubhouse and tennis courts that create a communal atmosphere. “In Carriage Cove, people can have a convenient location for a lot less money,” says Infantolino. These two-to-three-bedroom manufactured homes start as low as $20,000 but can list as high as $155,000 with a bit more yard space. In the suburban communities surrounding Carriage Cove, homes can start as low as $200,000 for a three-bedroom fixer-upper, but most range from about $290,000 for a three-bedroom ranch-style to $475,000 for a brand-new three-bedroom Spanish Revival.
Neighborhood O has plenty of affordable manufactured style homes for it's retirees.

Living between Spring Break and The Daytona 500
Daytona Beach is buzzing with activities year-round, and Neighborhood O is between the two biggest draws — the oceanfront and Daytona International Speedway. The oceanfront transforms into a nonstop party during Spring Break, and locals have the choice to join in on the festivities or relax at home. Daytona International Speedway also comes alive in the spring for NASCAR’s biggest race — The Daytona 500. The tailgates and concerts leading up to the big event take over the area around the track, and it’s important to note that the roaring engines can be heard from the neighborhood. The Speedway hosts many other prominent races, like the 24 Hours of Daytona, but none as big as the 500.
