Southwestern Outer Drive is a Dearborn neighborhood of suburban homes surrounded by dining and shopping opportunities. It’s something we always go to.” Clark-Foos says Dearborn also holds a restaurant month, during which local restaurants organize specials to attract people to Dearborn’s dining scene.
