Family-friendly area
Just 6 miles from the beach in the city of Deerfield Beach, north of Miami, is the neighborhood of Hillsboro Ranches. It’s one of those areas with limited entrances off main roads, so there’s not much traffic. “If you’re driving through the neighborhood, chances are you live there or know someone who does; because of the lack of traffic, it’s a great place to raise a family,” says Roberto Dorneval, a Realtor with the Millennium Real Estate Team. “You see kids out and about all the time, and once people move here, they stay. I know because my sister has lived in the area for over 10 years.”
