Woodland's custom builds and beautiful gardens
Woodlands’ narrow streets showcase a mix of unique custom builds with turrets and steep cottage roofs alongside modest Cape Cods, New Traditionals and ranch-style homes. Front yards are either shaded by trees, creating a forested feel to the community, or overflowing with gardens. From carefully shaped hedges to bursting blooms of hydrangeas and azaleas, the gardens highlight homeowners' personalities and add pops of color. The Cape Cods, New Traditionals and ranches often sell for between $425,000 and $700,000, while the custom builds typically range from $1 million to $1.5 million, depending on size and number of bedrooms.School districting divided by Stratford Road
