Seven Bridges was designed with luxury in mind

The Seven Bridges community in Palm Beach County is the definition of luxury. This gated neighborhood offers country club living without a golf course, so residents enjoy amenities like a private restaurant in the 30,000-square-foot clubhouse without the mandatory fees associated with living in a golf community. Liran and Lauren Tzadik are Realtors with LT Luxury Homes Group at Charles Rutenberg Realty Fort Lauderdale, who live and work in Seven Bridges. “It's a gated community of 701 single-family homes surrounded by landscaping, lakes and bridges leading to enclaves of homes of about 2,500 to 8,000 square feet,” Lauren Tzadik says. The clubhouse is the neighborhood’s social hub, where residents go to play tennis, swim or catch up with neighbors over a meal. “The people are great, warm and inviting,” Liran Tzadik says. “You see a lot of friendships among the residents who go out to dinner together. It’s not just a place to live. We think of it as home because of all our friends who live around here.”

Newer Spanish Revival homes in a private community

GL Homes developed the community and built properties between 2015 and 2020 with Spanish Revival and Transitional designs. The prices range between $1 million and $5 million, and the homes have at least three bedrooms. “It’s mainly a community of primary homes, and we have a decent amount of seasonal homes here,” Lauren Tzadik says. “It’s an all-ages community, so it spans young families to snowbirds.” Many of the homes have in-ground pools in the backyards, but residents can also walk down the sidewalks or take a short drive to the clubhouse. An HOA manages the community, and the monthly fees go toward managing amenities like the clubhouse, security and lawn maintenance.

Beach visits and convenient clubhouse amenities

Seven Bridges is a 20-minute drive from destinations like Delray Beach, where residents relax on the shore, but the neighborhood’s own clubhouse is a hub for exercising and hanging out. Lauren points out the resort-style pool, splash pad for kids and cabana seating. “We have a premier racquet program with offerings at every level,” Lauren Tzadik says. “In my opinion, it’s the best tennis facility in South Florida, with Level 2 USTA-rated LED lighting on our courts. Our community features a tennis pavilion with a pro shop. We have 11 Har-Tru courts, one hard court and four pickleball courts with their own viewing sections.” Tennis pros are often invited to practice in Seven Bridges, giving residents the chance to see a professional athlete in action.

Dining at Prime 7 with neighbors

Prime 7 is the neighborhood’s signature restaurant that also features a Starbucks counter inside. The menu is diverse, with options that range from sushi to pizza. “They cater to everybody, because with 701 homes, you have people of varying palates,” Liran Tzadik says. “It serves as a social gathering spot. They have Taco Tuesdays, Wine Down Wednesdays, Thirsty Thursdays, so they have different things, including music and sometimes DJs, making it a place to gather.” Lauren highlights how the area is about 15 minutes from stores and restaurants. There are nearby centers like Delray Marketplace, which has a Publix, restaurants and retail stores. The Town Center at Boca Raton is a major mall with over 200 stores, about a 20-minute drive from Seven Bridges.

Seven Bridges is zoned for highly rated schools

All schools in the district offer choice and in-house academies students can apply for, and Olympic Heights has options like culinary arts and finance.

Taking the Florida Turnpike to other South Florida destinations

Seven Bridges offers amenities close to home, but when residents need to reach other areas in South Florida, they hop on the nearby Florida Turnpike. This toll road leads about 25 miles to the Palm Beach International Airport and almost 40 miles to the Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport. The Delray Medical Center is closer, about 8 miles away.
