The development in the area has brought in plenty of excitement in the form of popular shops and restaurants. Dotted between are Craftsman and farmhouse-style homes with large front porches or traditional brick houses with built-in garages. Interested homebuyers should move quickly, as Lybbert says they sell quickly. For a ranch-style house in the more established southern portion of the neighborhood, a price tag of $250,000 to $325,000 is to be expected, while newer brick builds on the northern end are listed between $335,000 and $450,000.
