Peaceful, scenic and friendly
Valley High Manor is a suburban neighborhood with a rural vibe, offering a seamless blend of budget-friendly housing, convenience and natural beauty. The surroundings are an inviting suburban landscape, with cul-de-sacs, sidewalks and streetlights situated among large shade trees. Landscaping tends to be manicured but reserved, with ornamental bushes hugging many façades. "It almost feels like we are secluded here with woods on one side and fields on the other," says Malinda Weets, a 34-year resident and secretary of the Valley High Manor Neighborhood Association. "Most people are homeowners and have pride of ownership." Each time a homeowner moves in, they are greeted by a welcome packet from the association, supervised by a 98-year-old resident.
Ranches and split-levels make up the majority of homes in Valley High Manor.
