New construction and traditional ranch-style homes
There are several subdivisions in Rising Sun-Lebanon, and most homes were built between the 1990s and the early 2020s. New Traditional homes have brick or vinyl exteriors with stone accents, and wide driveways lead to attached garages positioned at the front or the side of the house. Manicured lawns average just over a third of an acre, giving homeowners plenty of room for a fenced-in backyard with a pool or patio.
