Dublin Ranch offers a mix of single-family homes, townhomes and condos, most of which were built between the early 2000s and the 2010s. Most of these homes feature Mediterranean Revival flourishes like stucco walls, red-tiled roofs and arched doorways and windows. The streets are lined with manicured lawns, small trees and well-maintained sidewalks. Single-family homes typically list for between $1.8 million and $3 million. Parks, greenways and golf courses are woven into the streets of Dublin Ranch, so residents are never far from outdoor activities and recreation. Dublin Ranch Golf Course is a public course with 18 holes, tennis courts and an outdoor swimming pool. Its fairways cut between residential streets, and some homes have spectacular views of the greenery. Students can start their education at Harold William Kolb Elementary, John Green Elementary or J.M. Amador Elementary, all of which earn A ratings from Niche. The campus features a very large athletics facility, with a brand-new gym, eight tennis courts, a wellness center, a weight room and a swimming pool. “Dublin schools have risen in the ratings over the last decade. Interstate 580 runs east to west just south of Dublin Ranch. The highway is a major commuter corridor that connects with cities on the Bay coast. The neighborhood is about 35 miles to San Jose and 40 miles to downtown San Francisco, the region’s largest employment centers. For those who prefer rail travel, the Dublin Pleasanton BART station is about 4 miles away. “We’re well positioned for commuting to Silicon Valley. That’s why we’re getting so many tech workers,” Amaral says. The nearest hospital is the Stanford Health Care – Tri-Valley, about 2 miles away.Big-box stores, chains and diverse dining close to home
There are several large shopping plazas within 2 miles of Dublin Ranch with a wide selection of major chains and local businesses. There’s a diverse range of dining options in East Dublin, including everything from Korean hot pot to Indian cuisine and Latin American staples. Across Dublin Boulevard, walkable from some homes on the southern side of the neighborhood, there's an Indian grocery and a collection of Indian restaurants, plus Mayflower Restaurant, serving upscale Chinese. Big-box stores and grocery chains are plentiful in this area. Target, Trader Joe’s, Whole Foods, Walmart, Best Buy and PetSmart are all just a short drive away. The San Francisco Premium Outlets are also just south of the neighborhood, only a few minutes away.
