Fresh air and room to stretch out

With a reverence for its past that manages to incorporate old-school charm even into its modern development, the Eagleswood neighborhood features rich history and natural beauty. The neighborhood’s rich heritage traces back to early American settlers who once navigated the nearby creeks, leaving behind a diverse architectural landscape. “Eagleswood is the kind of place people go when they want their own space,” says Timothy Brown, Realtor with Weichert Realtors and longtime resident of the area. “Houses are usually bigger, on bigger lots, and you have a more outdoorsy kind of personality to go along with it.
