The neighborhood’s renter-owner split is roughly 90% to 10%. Many multifamily complexes and apartment units sit above commercial properties at the street level. And while the median single-family home sale price is $450,000, the median price for a townhome is around $160,000. Single-family homes cost between approximately $310,000 and $800,000, while multifamily properties can range from $160,000 to $730,000 for a single unit, or upwards of $900,000 for an entire building. Most homes are historic builds that date back to the late 19th and early 20th centuries. Federal-style townhouses, American Foursquares and traditional brick row homes are all common.Parks, trails and water activities along Easton’s riverfront
