“Downtown neighborhoods like North River Fronts offer particularly attractive options to homebuyers in Eau Claire — especially to newcomers,” says Peter Hebert, a Realtor with NextHome WISCO Success for the past four years. “Eau Claire is booming with several new tech companies, so transplants from larger cities realize they can live here, commute by plane a couple days a week to Chicago or the Twin Cities, but live in a place that costs much less than where they came from.” North River Fronts offers a rare Eau Claire setting, facing the Chippewa River, blocks from downtown, and less than 3 miles from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire.
