Well-maintained homes with great curb appeal

“Olde Towne has always maintained its value,” Rutledge says. “The homes are well-maintained on the inside and out, and it gives the whole neighborhood a real air of elegance. There’s no staging needed because these homes already look and feel move-in ready.” Most homes sit on just over a quarter-acre, some with backyard pools and fenced yards, in housing styles ranging from traditional brick to contemporary to Colonial Revival. Home prices run between $360,000 and $600,000. Newer homes built in the early 2000s and custom built properties are on the pricier side of the spectrum, while 1980s built houses are usually priced in the high 300s.
