Egg Harbor Township is close to cities and full of amenities
Location is the biggest reason people move to Egg Harbor Township, according to Matthew Haviland, a resident and Realtor with Keller Williams Realty Atlantic Shore. “You’re right outside Atlantic City, Ocean City, an hour from Philadelphia, two hours from New York and close to beaches,” Haviland says. There is a variety of housing styles and prices, including properties with views of the water. “My neighborhood is very diverse,” Haviland says. “But everyone looks out for one another and gets along.” Highly rated schools and recreation opportunities are also big draws to the township. The area features several parks, golf courses and a small amusement park.
