Egypt Lake-Leto is Florida’s trifecta of development

A census-designated places with over 38,000 residents, Egypt Lake-Leto comprises the Egypt Lake, Leto and West Park Estates communities north of the Tampa International Airport. The differences between those communities extend well past the local architecture, with the area being fully built out by local restaurants, businesses and storefronts, including Hoss Allal’s Tampa Thrift shop. “It’s a combination of a neighborhood and shopping area,” Allal says. “There are so many reasons to get into this neighborhood.
