Arlington Park offers a suburban environment in the northeast of El Paso
Located in northeastern El Paso, Arlington Park gives homebuyers views of the Franklin Mountains while providing quick access to outdoor activities, shopping locations and restaurants. The park that gives the neighborhood its name is at its center and has plenty of space for activities. Homes are typically one-story with brick accents or painted with pastel colors. Properties are also smaller in size and close together. Most homes also do not have grass lawns, with stone or tile features out front. “It's a really nice area,” says Jacalyn Perez, a Realtor with ClearView Realty and a resident. “it's a more mature neighborhood right off the mountains, and the views are nice.”
