Convenience and low home prices in northeast El Paso
Village Green, sometimes referred to locally as Colonia Verde, is a quiet residential neighborhood in northeast El Paso, sought after for its location. “What makes the northeast special is that it’s one of the areas that has been really developed in the last two years. We’ve gotten a lot of new commercial and residential developments around here lately, and lots more coming up,” says Jennifer Ceniceros, a Home Pros Real Estate Realtor born and raised in El Paso. She says its proximity to shopping, dining, schools and recreation are major draws for homebuyers, secondary only to the prices. “It’s one of the last places where you can get the most bang for your buck.”
