Living close to the bay and beach

Ensley is a stone’s throw from Escambia Bay, offering residents a peaceful place to live among the Florida Panhandle’s natural beauty and eclectic attractions, while also being just 18 miles away from Pensacola Beach. “It’s an older area, but it is still in a very central location,” says Andrea Herring, a Realtor with Keller Williams Realty, who has lived in the area her entire life. “You’re close to the hospital, airport and the beach.” HCA Florida West Hospital and the Pensacola International Airport are both major employers in the area. Along with commuters and outdoor enthusiasts, the area attracts military families since it has several naval bases nearby, according to Herring.
