Ample amenities and luxury living in Grandezza
Luxury amenities, an 18-hole championship private golf course, and proximity to some of Southwest Florida’s best shopping destinations have made Grandezza one of the most desirable gated golf communities in Estero. The 550-acre master-planned development is studded with lakes and preserves filled with oak and pine trees, which serve as a haven for some of Florida’s wildlife. With a median age of 71, Grandezza is a popular vacation home choice among retirees. A social membership is bundled into homeownership, giving residents access to events at the clubhouse and a junior Olympic-sized swimming pool.

Exclusive amenities at The Club at Grandezza
The Club at Grandezza is the community's centerpiece and features the signature 18-hole golf course, a 53,000-square-foot clubhouse, tennis courts and a resort-style pool with a spa. In 2025, the club’s fitness center was fully renovated with new flooring and state-of-the-art equipment. All residents must hold a social membership, which includes access to the clubhouse, pool and community events. Optional upgrades are available for club, sports or golf memberships. The community is about 15 miles from Barefoot Beach and Bonita Bay Beach, quieter alternatives to Fort Myers Beach with abundant seashells. Residents are also less than a mile from Hertz Arena, home of the Florida Everblades hockey team. “It’s a minor league affiliate of the Nashville Predators in the National Hockey League,” says Estero Village Manager Steve Sarkozy. “The Everblades have a record three consecutive league titles in the East Coast Hockey League.”

Miromar Outlets features designer and name-brand stores like Tommy Hilfiger, Coach and Kate Spade less than a mile away. Coconut Point is one of the largest malls in Southwest Florida with more than 140 stores and eateries roughly 5 miles away. Traffic increases during the peak season
Ben Hill Griffin Parkway and Corkscrew Road border the community and are the main routes to nearby golf course communities, shopping centers and FGCU. Interstate 75 is a major thoroughfare only a few miles from Grandezza. Traffic can get heavy, especially during the peak season of mid-January through April, but Damitz said that seems to be changing. “You used to see a difference between winter and summer, but now even summer is busy,” says Chad Damitz, owner of Anchorpoint Real Estate and a Southwest Florida real estate specialist. “I think we see a slowdown after spring break, but I remember seeing a bigger difference than I do today.” Naples and Fort Myers are both within 25 miles, and Southwest Florida International Airport is about 10 miles away.
