Eunice offers open desert skies and a small town atmosphere
Oil fields surround Eunice, a Southeast New Mexico city that sits under clear desert skies, about 6 miles from the Texas border. “It’s a rural area, and a very small community […] They have a little grocery store. They’ve got a little post office, but they don’t even deliver mail to your house. You have to have a postal box. That’s how small it is,” says Martha Thomas, a qualifying broker with Casa Oasis Realty who has over 16 years of experience.
