Golf course and resident amenities in Rancho Solano

Rancho Solano is the quintessential master-planned community. This neighborhood, centered around a popular local golf course, has been a suburban staple in Fairfield since the 1990s. With resident amenities like a health club and pet-friendly walking routes, Rancho Solano is an active community in the hills of Solano County. "Rancho Solano is for a buyer who wants sidewalks and cookie-cutter houses versus being out in the country," says Andy Klink, an area local and broker associate at Country Estates Inc. "It is community oriented, family oriented and people who move here love it."
