A small King County town at the convergence of two rivers
At the convergence of the Snoqualmie and Raging rivers, between the dense fir woodlands of King County, Fall City is a quiet, rural community with walkable streets and a small-town atmosphere. Around 25 miles east of downtown Seattle, large lots with thick foliage and surrounding green spaces allow for a sense of privacy, with picturesque mountain views across town. “People in Fall City really love the easy access to Interstate 90,” says Tyler Freed, a Seattle-area real estate agent with Windermere Real Estate. “You have easy access to Bellevue, where a lot of locals commute to work, and you’re close to lots of outdoor recreation.” Numerous state forests and protected natural areas are a short drive from Fall City, while the shops of Issaquah are just 10 miles southwest. Additionally, Fall City has a CAP Index crime rating of 2 out of 10, which is lower than the national average of 4.
