Century-old bungalows meet expansive wooded lots in Fall City
The peaceful residential lanes are lined with a wide range of architectural styles, but verdant lawns and wooded lots maintain a sense of cohesiveness across town. Small bungalows and ranch-style homes dating back to the early 20th century range from $550,000 to $790,000, while larger houses can go from $900,000 to 1.4 million, depending on lot size and square footage. “Compared to the rest of King County, Fall City is a bit more affordable,” says Freed. “And you can also get more acreage for your money.” Close to downtown, yards sit on quarter and half-acre lots, while on the west side of town, lots can reach between 5 and 10 acres. King County is one of the most expensive counties in Washington, with a median home price of $892,000 according to the National Association of Realtors.Businesses along Redmond-Fall City Road

The Farmhouse Market has a small selection of groceries and essentials, while a bigger selection can be found around 10 miles southwest in Issaquah, which is home to a Costco, Fred Meyer and Target.Dual credit offerings at Mount Si High School
