Enchanted Village
New Traditional homes with midcentury features
Enchanted Village has a community-centered design with streets that branch into cul-de-sacs bordered by sidewalks and well-manicured lawns. Two-story houses were built in the 1990s, including New Traditional and elevated ranch-style homes. New Traditionals hover around 2,000 square feet, and properties have hardwood flooring, large windows and inviting backyard lots. Enchanted Village’s premier subdivision for single-family homes is Regency Woods, with monthly HOA fees usually under $25. Prices range from $600,000 to $800,000. Condos are also available in Regency Ridge, a gated community where units cost between $300,000 and $500,000.Attractions and events at Wild Waves Park
Wild Waves Park is a 70-acre amusement center with four roller coasters, ten water rides and a massive wave pool. The Timberhawk Ride of Prey is the largest wooden roller coaster in Washington state, while the Pacific Plunge is a winding web of water slides. The park also hosts Fright Fest, a Halloween-themed event featuring a haunted house and nighttime rides with actors playing monsters and ghouls. On October weekends during Fright Fest, Booville is a kid-friendly festival with costume contests, entertainment and carnival games. This theme park is a significant draw to the Enchanted Village neighborhood, with roller coasters, a waterpark and activities for the whole family.Convenient location along the interstate
