Don't catch the Folsom Prison Blues!

Less than 5 miles north of Willow Springs, Johnny Cash famously performed his hit song Folsom Prison Blues for the incarcerated population at Folsom State Prison. Cash’s raucous prison concerts are a far cry away from the quiet and sedate atmosphere of modern-day Willow Springs, a residential neighborhood that borders the El Dorado Freeway to the south and Livermore Community Park to the north. Intel Corporation’s Folsom campus is the area’s largest employer and is conveniently located less than a mile from the Willow Springs neighborhood. From Biking trails to ATV courses and the Folsom Lake, natural amenities are a major attraction in the area. Willow Springs is part of the Greater Sacramento Area, home to over 2 million residents and one of the fastest growing areas in The Golden State.

Some houses draw inspiration from a diverse range of styles, with features like Colonial-style window frames and exterior stone ornaments. The price of recently sold houses ranges from $500,000 to $900,000. The median price for a two-story house with a front and back yard is $700,000, which is below the California average.
