Just south of the 210 Freeway, Bellgrove shelters a quiet rural community with suburban sensibilities. The surrounding city of Fontana was famed for its steel manufacturing during the Second World War and is now well-known as a locus for the region’s trucking industry. Residential streets are in close proximity to excellent shops and major freeways.

Bellgrove’s homes sit along quiet avenues and cul-de-sacs fringed by landscaped greenery and towering palm trees, often with views of the snowcapped Mount San Antonio. Bellgrove’s residential landscape is entirely made up of single-family houses arranged in a planned community. Homes commonly feature aspects of or are built in the Spanish style, with their distinctive stucco exterior and terracotta roofing providing residents with insulation, durability and an elegant visual aesthetic. Other dwellings incorporate these design touches along with the expansive ranch-style, built wide on deep lots so that residents can take advantage of every inch of living space. Bellgrove also has several homes outfitted with more contemporary designs, emphasizing modesty through simple geometry in their exteriors and natural light through large windows. Most residences are also outfitted with modern amenities such as multi-car garages and roof-mounted solar panels, all within a short distance of schools and major freeways. In terms of the market, Bellgrove has a median sale price of $730,000 with a price of $291 per square foot.

Residents are served by the Etiwanda School District, attending primary schools like Cecilia Lucero Solorio Elementary from kindergarten to fifth grade. Students move on to intermediate and secondary schools like Heritage Intermediate and Etiwanda High School. The latter high school has excellent athletic programs with a basketball team that has graduated several current and former players for the UCLA Bruins and Brooklyn Nets.

Residents are a short bike or car ride from local parks, offering spaces to get active and enjoy the outdoors. Nearby Almeria Park is home to playsets, ball fields and reservable picnic shelters for hangouts with friends and family. Koehler Park offers expansive fields, BBQ grill spaces and excellent tennis and basketball courts to enjoy pickup games. Fitness enthusiasts will enjoy Chuze Fitness, where members enjoy excellent strength and cardio equipment and group workout and yoga classes.

Local vendors and regional grocery stores offer services and products to suit residents’ needs. National franchises like Goodwill offer apparel, household items and other secondhand goods at affordable prices. Regional grocers like Vons keep residents stocked with fresh produce, brand-name products and other necessities.

Bellgrove also has several options for residents who want to dine out. La Tapatia Mexican Grill is a locally owned franchise dishing out classic Mexican dishes in a laid-back space. Original Graziano’s is another Inland Empire favorite, a family-owned Sicilian restaurant serving up salads, pasta, pizza and sandwiches with fresh ingredients. The restaurant is also known for supporting the community by donating over 48,000 free parties to youth sports teams.

Quiet residential streets and proximity to major freeways give residents of Bellgrove access to the best the Inland Empire has to offer.
