A small, tight-knit midtown community
Bordered by a spacious park and its namesake golf course, Collindale is a midtown Fort Collins community where residents are never far from outdoor recreation and expansive shopping centers. “Collindale is very close to big box stores and the active shopping districts along College Avenue and Harmony Road, but it doesn’t feel loud or bustling within the residential streets,” says Sharianne Daily, a local Realtor with RE/MAX Alliance who has been working in the area for decades. “There is a sense of quiet here. It’s also a small enough community that people know their neighbors. When you go to the community pool, you can pretty much name all the faces you see.” In fact, Collindale experiences less crime than the average community, with a CAP Index crime score of 1 out of 10, when compared to the national average of 4.
