Bi-levels, Colonial Revivals, Tudor revivals and ranch-style homes were built between the late 1970s and early 1990s. Most houses have paved driveways and two-car attached garages. Sidewalks connect the streets of Cottonwood and pass by well-landscaped lawns and front-yard gardens. Prices range from $450,000 to $800,000 and increase with yard size and square footage. Most homes span 1,200 to 2,300 square feet and sit on lots less than a quarter-acre.
