No HOA restrictions and plenty of nearby shopping
On the southeast side of Fort Collins, the English Ranch neighborhood is a modern suburb within a mile of expansive shopping centers and outdoor recreation areas near Interstate 25. “It was developed in the 1990s, so the homes are a bit more established than in some of the surrounding communities,” says Courtney Mazal, a local Realtor with Bliss Realty Group. “One of the biggest draws is the larger lots. Plus, it stands apart from other east Fort Collins neighborhoods because it doesn’t have a homeowners association. Residents don’t need to worry about fees or landscaping restrictions.”
