The Harmony Park subdivision has a selection of manufactured homes ranging from $75,000 to $110,000. “The houses in Foxstone are a bit pricier than the Fort Collins average,” says Rob Crouch, a local Realtor with Roots Real Estate. “It’s a coveted area, so houses don’t hit the market very often, but locals like the quiet streets and being close to the amenities of Harmony Road.”
