Split-level and ranch-style homes with around 2,000 square feet or less range in price from $475,000 to $630,000, while larger builds go for $650,000 to $810,000. “The houses in Foxstone are a bit pricier than the Fort Collins average,” says Rob Crouch, a local Realtor with Roots Real Estate. “It’s a coveted area, so houses don’t hit the market very often, but locals like the quiet streets and being close to the amenities of Harmony Road.”

English Ranch Park lies just east of the neighborhood and has a baseball diamond, a soccer field, a picnic shelter and a playground. The public Collindale Golf Course is a short drive west, with 18 verdant fairways and views of the distant Rocky Mountains. The course also hosts local golf leagues and regional tournaments. Nearby, the 280-acre Arapaho Bend Natural Area is home to around 4 miles of trails that wind around the area’s ponds and alongside the Poudre River.
