The park gets its name from the relocated, 48-foot-tall farm silos that are now part of a unique playground. Twin Silo Park also has a BMX track and a community garden, where locals can rent out seasonal plot space to grow produce. The Fossil Creek Reservoir Natural Area is on the southern shores of the nearly 1,400-acre body of water. The natural area has been designated an Important Bird Area by the National Audubon Society and is home to bald eagles in the winter months.
