As a city, we are known for being bike friendly, largely due to our extensive trail system.” The Prospect Ponds Natural Area has a mile of trails, picnic areas and ponds where anglers can catch bass, catfish and crappie. A short drive north is Ascent Studio Climbing and Fitness, a rock-climbing gym with bouldering, top-rope and lead-climbing routes, with the tallest walls reaching 49 feet.

The architectural scene in Meadows East is comprised of Colonial Revivals, ranch-style homes, split-levels and bi-levels.
