The neighborhood’s single-family modern traditional homes were built between the mid-1990s and early 2000s, with sizes ranging from 2,000 square feet to around 6,500 square feet. Smaller builds on the neighborhood’s north side range from $550,000 to $750,000, while larger, high-end homes can go for $800,000 to $1.9 million. The area also has a handful of condo complexes, with units ranging from $320,000 to $550,000.

After the eighth grade, students can move on to the A-rated Fossil Ridge High School, which Niche lists as the third-best public high school in Larimer County.
