Kamara Shanks is a Northern Colorado native who was born and raised in Greeley. She grew up in Greeley and graduated from Loveland High School. She has lived most of her adult life in Fort Collins. Kamara is a mother of four and grandma to 3 sweet little boys. Her sons graduated from Fossil Ridge High School and her daughters attend Wellington Middle School.

Kamara started her career in Real Estate in 2015. She has over 15 years of experience as an Executive Assistant in which she supported upper management in a corporate environment. Because of that career she has experience in facilitating contracts, collaborating with clients and vendors, and an extensive background in accounting. All these skills have made her the personable, organized, detail orientated Real Estate Specialist she is today.

Kamara's market niche is residential homes of all sizes and at all price points. She collaborates with Buyers primarily. Her focus is on helping her client find the best home for their current needs. Kamara is committed to educating her buyer on the current market while providing every detail on their homes of interest to help her buyer choose the best home at the best price. She is well versed in negotiating a strong offer that will be accepted while creating a relationship with the other parties to ensure a smooth transaction. She has referral contacts for inspectors, mortgage teams and title companies that facilitate her successful closings.
