Mission Hills
1970s Colonial Revivals and eco-friendly incentives
The architectural scene here is comprised of split-levels, bi-levels and Colonial Revivals built in the mid-to-late 1970s. Single-family homes range from $500,000 to $900,000. There is a selection of one and two-bedroom condo units along Columbia Road ranging from $220,000 to $310,000. Many of the yards in Mission Hills feature native plants and low-water-use landscaping in efforts to reduce water waste in the arid Front Range climate. The City of Fort Collins has numerous programs encouraging eco-friendly gardening and landscaping, including the Xeriscape Incentive Program, which grants up to $1,000 to homeowners who convert high-water turf grass to low-water landscaping. The city also offers discounts for building garden boxes and rebates for water-efficient irrigation systems.International Baccalaureate education at Lesher Middle

I take my bike to work most days, and that’s a common practice around here.” The Spring Creek Trail is a 9-mile paved path that connects many Fort Collins parks while winding along its namesake tributary. Spring Park is a mile away via the trail and has baseball diamonds, a soccer field, picnic tables and a playground.Season concerts at The Gardens
