A midtown Fort Collins suburb
Southmoore Village sits in the heart of midtown Fort Collins, just east of the Foothills shopping center, the largest retail hub in the city. “The mall is one of the main things that keeps this area so desirable,” says Chrissy Barker, a local Realtor with RE/MAX Alliance. The neighborhood’s residential streets maintain a relaxed suburban feel while being about a mile from an array of popular shops and eateries.
