Lakeside living and tree-lined streets in Midtown
Winding tree-lined lanes and lakefront homes make up the streetscape of The Landings, a midtown Fort Collins community with a quiet atmosphere and ample nearby outdoor recreation. Around 5 miles south of Downtown, the neighborhood is just minutes from the shopping centers and restaurants that line South College Avenue and Harmony Road, while mature trees and fenced-in yards provide privacy between neighbors. Residents can enjoy private access to Warren Lake, with an access ramp and picnic area on Breakwater Drive. “The biggest draws are the green belts and access to the lake,” says Matt Nesbitt, a lifelong Fort Collins resident and Realtor with The Group Inc. “The lake is private to members of the neighborhood association, and people like the quiet atmosphere.” During the warmer months, locals can be seen paddle boarding, kayaking and fishing from the water’s edge.
The Landings is a great neighborhood with much to offer, and a wonderful place to call home.
Wide sidewalks, bike lanes and street parking make the Landings safe and walkable.
